With partial ocean views from within and breathtaking full views from the covered porch, this suite boasts its own private pool set amidst luxurious gardens. As an added bonus, a complimentary SUV-type car is provided for your island exploration. Furthermore, the renowned restaurants, boutiques, and grocery stores of Grace Bay are just a short 5-minute drive away.

Cancellation Policy:
We offer up to 100% cancellation if we can rebook your unit during your time slot, minus a $200 admin fee. If we can't rebook your unit we will work with you to reschedule at a date that works for us both in mid or low-season (May 01 to Dec 15 – Excluding Holidays).
Notes: VRBO does not offer our in their normal cancellation policies our flexible offering. We are offering a 100% refund if we can rent your unit minus a $200 cancellation fee.
Bookings / Reservations are transferable, we highly encourage you to reach out to us at least 48 hours prior to arrival to send the new person's contact name, number, and email.
