100% Refund Policy if we can rebook your unit
Cancellation Policy: We offer up to 100% cancellation if we can rebook your unit during your time slot, minus a $200 admin fee. If we can’t rebook your unit we will work with you to reschedule at a date that works for us both in mid or low-season (May 01 to Dec 15 – Excluding Holidays).
Bookings / Reservations are transferable, we highly encourage you to reach out to us at least 48 hours prior to arrival to send the new person’s contact name, number, and email.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that you get travel insurance. You can get information from RentalGuardian here.

Available travel protection programs are underwritten by world-class, respected underwriters like Nationwide. These travel protection programs reimburse covered travelers with their pre-paid, non-refundable trip deposits if they are prevented from taking all or a portion of a scheduled trip for over 30 (thirty) unforeseen reasons; and for an additional premium, a Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) benefit can be included.
