• What is the best way to start a vacation rental search and/or the booking process?

  Browse all Turks and Caicos villas and suites offered on Long Bay Beach. Guests can book our properties by submitting an inquiry and our team will reach out to you directly. For further questions about our vacation rental properties, contact us and we would be happy to help.

• Does Villa Esencia own and control the vacation rental properties?

  Yes, we are the owners of the Villas and Suites for guests. We work diligently to ensure satisfaction for our visitors to create an unforgettable experience during their Turks and Caicos vacation.

• Do all properties have direct beach access?

  Yes, all our villas and suites are located on the beach. Esencia is a 2.25 acre property of Provo native vegetation directly on the beach in Long Bay, Turks and Caicos Islands. Long Bay Beach offers some of the best kiteboarding in the world along with many fun activities to do while visiting!

• How do guests pay for the Turks and Caicos vacation rental?

  Once you have received your formal quote and have decided to book, our reservation team will email you the agreement to complete. You will choose whether you wish to pay with credit card or a wire transfer. Payment Information: We charge 50% deposit at the time of booking and 50% 60 days before arrival. If booking occurs within 60 days we charge the entire amount.

• Is parking included on the rental properties?

  Yes, parking is allowed on site.

• What happens if a guest needs to cancel a reservation?

  We offer up to 100% cancellation if we can rebook your unit during your time slot, minus a $200 admin fee. If we can’t rebook your unit we will work with you to reschedule at a date that works for us both in mid or low season (excluding holidays). We suggest travel insurance for your trip. • What are the benefits of a vacation rental over a hotel?

  Booking a Turks and Caicos vacation rental with Villa Esencia provides many benefits for those visiting the island. Depending on which suite(s) and villa that are booked, guests can have ultimate privacy with separate entrances, decks, and more. Compared to a hotel room, our property offers fully equipped kitchens, private tiki huts, pools, hot tubs, and other amenities.

• How do guests gain access to the property?

  1 week before your arrival we will email the check in details, including a map of the property, where your unit is located, and gate and door codes. In addition, you can always use the reception call button located on our gate intercom.

• When is check-in and check-out?

  Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am. We have options for early arrival and late check out due to flight times.

• Can I bring my pets?

  Generally we don’t allow pets but we occasionally make exceptions.

• Should I purchase travel insurance?

  We highly recommend travel insurance! You can purchase from Rental Guardian, who we work with directly, or Google Travel Insurance.

• What’s included in each rental?

  Most everything you will need is included including linens, towels, beach towels, kitchenware, soap, laundry detergent. We don’t provide any food items except salt and pepper.

• Will we need to clean the rental before checking out?

  You do not need to clear the unit before you leave except to do your own dishes. Our cleaners do appreciate any extra help you’d like to offer such as stripping the beds, trash thrown out, etc.

• Is there a grocery store nearby?

  The IGA gourmet is 5 minutes away. It is upscale, almost a bit of a Whole Foods with lots of healthy items as well as the regular items. There is another IGA on the main highway halfway to town but it is much further from Villa Esencia and though much larger doesn't have the health element you will find nearby. When you leave our Villa go to to Leeward Highway and head in the direction of the airport for only 1 miles until the first roundabout. Take a right there and you will see the IGA Gourmet on the left. They are open 7am-9m daily. No alcohol sales on Sunday. http://www.gracewaysupermarkets.com/graceway-gourmet
