Set on 2.25 acres of pristine land adorned with native plants and swaying palm trees, this idyllic retreat offers a tranquil oasis for guests to reconnect with themselves and immerse in the soothing embrace of nature.
Introducing Esencia Premiere Plus, located within the main Villa directly on the beach. This spacious and meticulously designed suite features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a den, and a host of luxurious amenities. Enjoy the luxury of your own private pool, jacuzzi, beachside Tiki Hut, and lounge area, along with an exterior shower and a BBQ grill for unforgettable outdoor experiences. Partial ocean views from within the suite and breathtaking full views from the covered porch create an enchanting ambiance. To enhance your island exploration, we provide a complimentary SUV-type car. The renowned restaurants, boutiques, and grocery stores of Grace Bay are conveniently just a short 5-minute drive away.

This is a place for serenity - to decompress from a busy life - to nurture yourself through the silence and through the vibrancy of the ocean and nature. It is also a place to invigorate your body through sport activities - kayaks, Stand-Up-Paddle board, Kiteboarding and Pickleball. This is not a party place. Guests need permission from the owner if they want to invite friends to the beach. We support the sounds of nature and ask guests to use headphones if you want music on the beach. Music is fine in your unit as long as it doesn’t disturb other guests.

Come join us on our brand new private Pickleball court, opening mid-November. Just a few minutes walk from our main property, you can play day or night on our lighted court. Sits in a beautiful natural environment, with a cool breeze and shaded Tiki huts.
Occupancy Details:
- Base occupancy - 4
- Maximum occupancy - 6
- The price per night for an extra person above base occupancy is $50.
Payment Information:
- We charge 50% upon booking.
- The other 50% balance is due 60 days before check-in.
- We will charge the entire booking amount if the reservation is within 60 days.

100% Refund Policy if we can Rebook your unit
Cancellation Policy:
We offer up to 100% cancellation if we can rebook your unit during your time slot. If we can’t rebook your unit we will work with you to reschedule at a date that works for us both in mid or low-season (May 01 to Dec 15 – Excluding Holidays).
Note: VRBO does not offer in their normal cancellation policies our flexible offering. We are offering a 100% refund if we can rerent your unit.
Bookings / Reservations are transferable, we highly encourage you to reach out to us at least 48 hours prior to arrival to send the new person's contact name, number, and email.
