Rise and shine on your first day in beautiful Turks and Caicos! If you’re hungry and wondering where to eat, jump into one of our complimentary SUVs or grab a taxi to head over to Lemon 2 Go for breakfast. One of the best reasons to stay at Villa Esencia is its convenient location on gorgeous Long Bay Beach. This three-mile-long stretch of white sand leads to shallow and calm turquoise waters. Take a walk and absorb the gorgeous view, then grab a beach towel (which we provide at our villas and suites), and take a swim! It’s a wonderful way to relax and enjoy paradise.

After your swim, you’ll be craving some delicious seafood. We recommend Da Conch Shack, a very popular eatery here in Providenciales. Paddleboarding and Kayaking Tour with Big Blue Collective
It’s time to get back on the water with a stand-up paddleboard or kayak tour from our partner, Big Blue Collective. These 2- to 4-hour tours allow you to get up close to nature as you float amongst the mangroves and waterways. There are also options for a self-guided tour, as well. While you gently glide along the water, you’ll have the chance to see iguanas, birds, baby sharks, and much more. It’s a wonderfully immersive experience that lets you truly connect with nature here in Turks and Caicos.

Snorkeling, with Gear from Dive Provo
If you want to experience the stunning sea life in Turks and Caicos, snorkeling is the perfect activity for you. Rent some gear from our partner, Dive Provo, and head to one of the beaches with reefs accessible from shore. You can snorkel either Bight Reef or Smith’s Reef. Once you have your gear on, swim out to explore the vibrant fish and coral. It’s an experience you will remember for years to come!
Just remember: Don’t touch the coral! It is a living animal, and touching it can cause harm.

Eat at one of several restaurants, such as Big Al’s Island Grill, Yoshi’s Sushi, or Turkberry Frozen Yogurt and Donut Bar. Then, after lunch, take a walk and browse through all the amazing and eclectic shops. This is the perfect place to pick up a souvenir from your time in Turks and Caicos!
